Feeling like i made a mistake...

Did anyone else have a post-op feeling that they just made the biggest mistake with the lapband? I am hoping that when I am feeling better and getting back to normal (especially food wise) I will be out of this mindset.

I had my surgery the 21st too. I am finally over the gas pains and now I'm just dealing with the pain from the actual surgery. It is very tolerable but aggravating when moving at all. I had the OMG moment yesterday myself but I'm a lot better today. I look forward to the weight loss.

I had my surgery 5/30/13. Since then I have been in the E.R., had my port site get infected with a hematoma. It is still healing and just Thursday I started getting horrible pains in stomach area. So yes I have questioned my decision to do this to myself. I am only 3 weeks in and I am going through it big time. However, I keep telling myself once this is all over with I'll be even stronger. I get down some days but I always remember I did this for a reason. Good luck!!

I was Banded May 1st 2013 and I feel amazing! I take it one day at a time and I keep reminding myself why I got banded.... for myself and to live a long healthy life. Good luck to you.
