Bandster hell is the time after being banded before having enough fills for adequate restriction to manage hunger. Typically, you are hungry, and doing your best to continue diet and portion complianc

I was band April 26th and had my first fill 1 week ago. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's what it means "bandster hell" when I just got a fill a wk ago and it doesn't feel tight or restriction... food goes down waay to easy and it scares me. I've been working out and since surgery I've lost 20 lbs but have only lost 2 lbs in the past 3 weeks. Is this normal? Cause I keep beating myself up thinking I'm not doing enough which is going by the rules
