Hey hey. Had mine on 5/24.... So fresh outta the gates myself! Chest burning or left shoulder , kinda in the front pain? Who did your surgery? How are you feeling?

I was banded on the 28th. I also had a hiatal hernia repair. I've had some discomfort in my chest I think it is either from the repair or gas. It might be the same for you. If it is severe pain you should call your Dr.

I had my surgery April 26th and had the hernia repair as well... I had the same burning happen then almost a wk after surgery I woke up and it was gone... Just hang I there... It will get better

I was banded on May 30 and I am having burning in my chest it happens more when I lay down does any get this is this normal?

It would be a good idea to inform your surgeon about what is going on with your chest feeling that way. It could also be a symptom of reflux, which cannot be ignored.

Peace of mind is a priceless commodity...

Try some antacids

Im guessing its gas pain. I was banded on the 16 and still get pains. Gas ex is our friend now.
