  1. My time of month just kills me. I want food. Im stuck at 214 and am very disappointed in myself. Sorry for the rant.

  4. You have to do it for YOU. I along with everyone on here have had those thoughts. Should I spend the money? If I stop eating???? Along with the fat jokes you make about yourself so no one else had the chance. My final straw was an airplane. If your husband doesn't support you we will. All of us on here have been in your shoes, we know. Don't let the what ifs stop you think of the can waits. Good luck

  7. Well I can say it is the best thing I have done for myself. I was banded on 5-16-13 im down 30 lbs(wish more but its not over nite) and have had 3 fills. Everyone has a story and advice...listen, you will be able to related in some way. Get ready for a new you, good luck.

  9. Thank goodness that im not the only one it happens too. It is a real pain in the neck when you stand on the scale and think today is the day I will change the scale....and the darn thing is still the same. Good luck
  10. It can also mean you have maybe a nasel drip that is noticable more at night because you are lying down. Remember the opening to your stomach isnt what it was. Talk to your doctor.
  11. It takes time. You are doing really good. I have a 10 cc band and got a fill today that brought me up to 5.5. Im thinkin thats my magic number for now.....we will see. Good luck
  12. I got a fill today I have a 10cc band and now have 5.5cc. I totally notice this one. Good luck and dont go too fast, thats when people seem to have the most problems
  13. I had surgery on may 16 and I have had 4....count them 4 bms. So I soon magnesium and I let loose with 3lbs of...... so now that im empty I plan on taking fiber everyday.
  14. Hello All. Had my surgery on May 16 2013 starting weight was 246.8 today when I got on the scale I was 224.8. I feel it in my clothes but dont see it yet in the mirror. Returning to work today and no one but the boss knows about my new "tool". Wonder if they will be able to see a differance? Its vain thinking I know......but

  16. I lost 17 lbs post op and nothing since. I got my fill on Wednesday and have lost 2lbs. LOVE IT. It happens it just happens when your body is ready to loose.
