easy to self destruct

My time of month just kills me. I want food. Im stuck at 214 and am very disappointed in myself. Sorry for the rant.

Oof! I know what you mean and I don't even have all the parts that make that an issue!

I have one ovary left...but it's enough to send me into the salty sweet greasy craving mood swings. Still causes some Water retention and bloating too!

Aren't hormones fun?! NOT but they are amazing in the things they can do to your body!

Weight Watchers fudge bars or Blue Bell No Sugar Added Dutch chocolate ice cream are my go-to's. At only 90 calories a serving, no fat and 9g Protein - you can't get much more guilt free than that.

Don't be too hard on yourself, this is a process.

I use natural progesterone cream -- seems to keep me even during PMS time.
