I just tried injury protein shake, what do you guys think of it? I liked it, the nutrionist gave me a sample of the vanilla. Any thoughts???

Its the only brand i USSR. I've never used any other. The chocolate splendor is the best. The vanilla is good. I tried the strawberry and its good but I'm not a strawberry fan. The chicken soup flavor will be good for those times that you are sick of sweet, and the unflavored its great to add to your favorite soups and puddings.

Ok ok I finally ordered some samples!

i use the whey extreme from walmart in chocolate (have one every morning)) with milk..its very good...and i put in freezer if i want a wendys slush type drink...i did that during pre and post op and ate with a spoon....the cookies and creme flavor is good also....14.99 per tub and 28 grams of protein per scoop. (+ ff milk protein).
