First thing is my determination ,, second is I do and eat exactly what my band ask for,,, third is moderate exercise. I'm not a powerhouse worker-outer lol. I'm in the green zone and loving band life !!!

I have some friends this week visiting from ky,, they were AMAZED on my weight loss. They DIDNT even recognize me at first!!! A million questions was asked about lb,, they were in awe!!!! No one in their city does lb. they would have to go to tenn. or Indiana

Anyway I felt great on how they bragged on me,,,first time in many yrs that relieved those kinds of compliments!!! Sure made me happy!!!!
