Surgery 3/6/13...1st fill .6cc 4/11/13...didn't get a 2nd fill....down 51 lbs as of today!!!

Congrats!!Thank you so much!!! Your loss is pretty impressive as well! Don't get discouraged! Truthfully...I eat what I want. I have no real issues w/any foods unless I eat too fast...but I drink drink drink water constantly. Eat mostly protein. I eat my protein before anything else. I was walking on the treadmill a lot but I think I've broken my foot again (only out of cast for about a month or so lol). A lot of lower body exercises too. Getting ready to add upper body so I can even up lolWent for second fill today & we decided I really don't need one yet...so still @ .6cc (lol) & have lost 43 lbs in 15 wks. <3First fill today...Dr lol'd at me & said the smallest first fill ever.... .6cc . It's all go though. 30lbs down & I LOVE my lap-band!!!I get my first fill tomorrow as well. Down a total of 29lbs since pre-op diet (19 since surgery on 03/06/13)!I was told yes. I had it & enjoyed it =)Way to go!!! You look great!Great job!!!You can get it on iPhone/iPod/iPadiPhone/iPod/iPad. Not sure if anywhere else has itCongrats!!!Congrats!Thanks so much!
