I find this hard to believe too. There no way I was eating those foods just weeks after surgery either.

Ok so had my surgery 4 /19 /13. I have no guide lines as to how much food per meal i should be eating.( not sure about what portion size or of calories) ex breakfast i had a protein shake, for lunch i had small salad and a grilled chicken breast, for dinner i had 3 pieces of fish. is this to much? my weight loss has come to a dead stop. how many calories should i have a day. I know i should try to get 65-70 gm of protein a day but that's really the only guide lines besides no bread, cakes cookies and on. I really want to make sure i am doing this right. I hope someone has some good advice.
