I'm getting Band on May 9, 2013 at 9:am as well.

Good luck guys but warning my doctor didn't warn me before hand you will feel fine personally I didn't even feel like I had surgery but the gas pain in my arm was excruciatingly painful so walk. Walk walk and when ur done walking walk some more belching isn't proper etiquette but its the only thing that helps keep some gas-x drops or dissolvable strips they help too

It's been 8 days I've lost 12 pounds, gas pain is gone I actually ate real food (scrambled eggs) and I've done really well no issues so far I've got hungry of course I was on a liquid diet and now I'm good I just got the ok to exercise so I'm excited
