  1. Wow same here. Working late, wasn't prepared other than a pack of tuna. Well ate that way too fast and ugh!!! Didn't get sick but boy was it a reality check!!!
  2. Down 3.9 this week. Total of 53.9.
  3. Down another 2.9. (I'm calling 3 lol). Broke the 50 pound loss. Loving it!!!!! 8 weeks post op!!!
  4. Lost 3.4 this week. I hit my July goal of 255!!!
  5. I just got my first full yesterday. 7 weeks post op. Honestly I don't feel any different regarding restriction. Just eating my portions and staying hydrated!!! Hang in there!
  6. My Dr said eat a small meal. I have my first fill tomorrow morning at 10. Liquids for 24 hrs.

  9. I was 600 for about 4 weeks post op. I am now averaging about 800 per day. Talk to your nutritionist. Only they will know what will work for you.

  13. You girls have bras.... Guys have t-shirts and boxers. Happy to say I am down one size in both!!! Ahhh... The simple things that make us smile! Good luck at the meeting.
  14. Welcome to the other side!!! It takes a few weeks for the pain to go away. Tip.... Try not to sneeze! I did two days after and almost died!!! The pain was severe. But. It is definitely worth ever ouch of pain!!! I am doing things only 6 weeks post op that I haven't done since I was 20. Welcome to your new life!!!!!
  15. It's great. Haven't had a food that it couldn't find. Also saves what you scanned. Great!!
  16. I was banded on 5/23. I too can basically eat and drink at will. At first it was very restrictive but think this was due to swelling. I just stick to portion control and follow exactly what I was told to do by Dr. I typically get about 800 calories a day. Make sure you get your protein in (70-80). This helps. Hang in there... I hear this is called band hell! My first fill is not until July 11th (Ugh). Good luck!

  18. Wow. Pictures tell the story!!! Well done! I am also one month post op on the 23rd. Down 37 pounds and loving it! I don't get my first fill until July 11th. I am just controlling my portion sizes and really having very little trouble. I am sleeping so much better and overall energy is good.
  19. 5 days for me. Hang in there in and stay hydrated. It will happen. Actually glad because stomach was way too sore. Lol
