  2. It's so subjective. I love Unjury! It's the only non-flavored powder I can't taste. I love the chicken soup, too. It's great for when you need that extra 21 grams of protein and can't stand anymore sweet drinks.

  4. I was banded 5/31/13 and live in Las Vegas. I'm wondering if there is anybody interested in getting a group together once a month. My surgeon has meetings monthly on Wednesday nights which doesn't work in my schedule. I'd love to bounce ideas off of each other and commiserate
  5. I have ordered all my vitamins from Unjury. They make blends based on the special needs post band. They use bioavailable vitamins and never use any products from China. I found you have to be careful with vitamins from discount stores. Www.unjury.com I've been happy with all of their products.
  6. I had the HH repair, as well. Took 3 or 4 days to burp. You will!
  7. The make Chobani Champions in a tube. They are 2.25 oz each and 70 calories. 5 grams of protein and 9 grams carbs. It's a perfect portion of Greek yogurt. I've been enjoying the strawberry. And u can freeze them!! Delish!
  8. Unjury is great! I couldn't handle any others. It's worth ordering!
  9. I swear by SmartWater or any electrolyte enhanced water. Gives u the benefit of drinking water and sports drinks and has zero calories or sweeteners.
  10. So tomorrow starts my puréed stage. I'm excited about the mashed potatoes! Has anyone done the chicken and gravy in the blender? Is it palatable? Would love to hear any recommendations to get thru the next 2 weeks. Thanks!
  11. Hope you are doing well. What causes the port to flip. I'm 2 weeks post-op and still learning. Thx

  14. Thanks so much! It's just an hour flight.
  15. He said it was safe to travel. I'm just wondering if there is any pressure or tightness I should expect

  17. I'm one week out today. I agree after day 3 things get better. Lots of walking and I found that if I lay on the couch with the legs up on the arm of the couch I was able to pass more gas. Good luck
  18. I was banded on May 31st. The first few days were rough but I'm better everyday and on the mend! I have a business trip next week and will be flying on Monday. Anybody have any input on anything I should expect? I'm a bit nervous that the pressure will hurt. Thanks!

  20. I'm going to be banded at the end of the month and I am starting to shop for some post surgery groceries. Does anyone know of sugar free Popsicles and/or Jello that is made without aspartame or other chemical additives. Maybe with stevia or xylitol? Or has anyone made their own sugar free Popsicles? Thanks for the help!
