I'm going to be banded at the end of the month and I am starting to shop for some post surgery groceries. Does anyone know of sugar free Popsicles and/or Jello that is made without aspartame or other chemical additives. Maybe with stevia or xylitol? Or has anyone made their own sugar free Popsicles? Thanks for the help!

I haven't found any. But I do love the SF popsicles from Walmart.

They do have some with splenda. I dont think any food makers are using stevia yet for food

1 pkg of TRUE brand Lemon or lime

1 pkg of plain gelatin make according to package directions, add true lemon and pour into Popsicle mold and freeze.

The biggest problem is that all the commercially made pops are full of preservatives, and even tho it says SF it's NOT

So I think you have to be willing to make your own to control the sugar and preservative content.
