May banders!

So I just got the call from my surgeons office I go in for my pre op group meeting on may 7. I'm waiting on a call from the person who sets up the surgery schedule to set my date. We're shooting for the week of may 13 which would mean I start my pre op diet next week! Ah it's all feeling real now!

Anyone else getting banded around this time? I'd love to have someone on the same timeline as me to talk to!

      I was banded Monday 5/6. Everything seems to be heeling pretty well. My incisions (you can see a 48 hour after photo under thread "my incisions 48 hours post-op" thread if you like) seem to be healing

      Three days post-op I'm doing pretty good!! Didn't really have gas pains just a little in my shoulders. My port sight is sore but my other incisions are fine. I start full liquids tomorrow. I'm walking

    I'm being banded tomorrow at 10:15!! In 12 hours I'll be getting banded!!

    Good luck everyone. I go in at 5:30 am surgery is at 7 am. My belly is so nervous it's tumbling and rumbling from liquid diet today.

    @blondchclky I am scheduled for May 20th and would love to swap/share stories of our new lifestyle changes ! I am very excited and nervous all at the same time. I meet with my surgeon tomorrow. I would imagine starting my pre op diet soon. Hope to hear from you. Best of luck :)

    Is there anyone set to get banded on may 24?? Im set to have the surgery at Baylor in Tx

    I start my liquid diet on Friday.....we are having surgery on the same date we need to stay in touch
