I started using LoseIt a couple of months ago, just to see where I was at. I like it.

I bought a Fitbit and record my food and activities. I love it. I wear it every day. Some people use fitness pal (I think that is what it is called) and that is free.

There are lots of calorie tracker apps out there.

I use My Fitness Pal, it has a very good database, you can scan barcodes of the packages, and track your exercise in the same manner. It even lets you to have friends and track weight too.

My Fitness Pal here too, it links with my Fitbit.

Love the scanner feature, scan barcode and logs nutritional data.

I've used fitday.com since 2002.

I use Lose It. I've used it since the day I got out of the hospital and I love it. It has a big database of foods, including restaurant foods, a bar code scanner, and a section where you can even enter in your own recipes so you can see their caloric break down. It's awesome.
