  • It is the CO2 build up from surgery, it may last another few days but I promise it goes away. Heating pad and my doctor gave me toradol. But really what helped the most was the heating pad.

Have you tried a heating pad?

The heat pad is great and walking. When that shoulder neck pain used to hit me I'd walk a few minutes then lay on back back very still and do deep breathing for ten minutes then walk again. Unfortunately pain meds didn't help me.

Hope it gets better quickly for you!

I am four years out and I still get that pain. I take gas x and try to walk around. I usually get it when I eat too much.

Glad to hear someone else gets that pain too. I am 3 months out and get it in my left shoulder.

Please be careful not to fall asleep with heating pad on. I have seen someone with serious burns from that. Hope you feel better .
