Your band is telling you to stop. Continue at your own risk. My experience has been stuck, PB or slime when I try to push past it. Good luck!

Just because you can eat more doesn't mean you should. The band's job is not to physically stop you from eating anything. Portion control and good food choices will always be your job. Have a look

I was eating talapia...I weighed it and before I could finish it here come the hiccups...wth? I thought I could eat some more but I was told this was a sign to stop....dammit 3oz of protein...lol I want to eat that other ounce...just curious...how do you know when to stop...hellllp...stuck on 3oz...sighhh
