One question

Immediately after eating a tablespoon of hummus i felt the urge to vomit but didn't then I burped a few times what does that mean?

I'd guess the humus is blocking the opening and having trouble passing through to the stomach. Some foods, like bread, will do that!

All at once or in small bites? Have you had fills? Could be a few things.

Yes, too big of a bite and that stuff is too thick to just swallow like that.
