It's my time of the month and I want to eat everything under the sun! How do you all deal with this?

Aww...I feel you! I just finished up mine a few days ago and last week....I thought I could eat a cow! Talk about the "white knuckle week"...seriously! I can only offer that I just tried to take it one day at a time...one meal at a time. I went to bed early.....made myself exercise....and powered through!

I can so relate to your post!

I am the same way. It's so annoying. I try my eat to stay in my calories and keep exercising but I allow myself small amounts of what I am craving. I usually gain the week before stay the same the week of and lose a lot the next week. It's frustrating but as I am noticing the pattern I am accepting it. Just try your best and keep up the activity.
