  9. Just under my skin I had a little bump. It happened to be a knot in a stitch. It eventually dissolved. If it not that it may be scar trusses like they said

It's my time of the month and I want to eat everything under the sun! How do you all deal with this?

  13. I meet my husband when I was at my largest. He likes big girls but I'm now afraid he won't be attracted to me once I really start to lose weight. I've only been banded for a month today with 20lbs down. People are starting to notice at work!! It feels great. He on the other hand has said nothing about my weight loss. He doesn't even ask how much I've lost. He did for the first week that's it. I think I'm in between a rock and a hard place. I want to be thin and healthy BUT I want to be attractive to my husband. What are your thought on this and how should I deal with my mental challenge?
  14. I'm a little confused you eat 5-6 times a day or every 5-6 hrs. Are you getting enough protein. Sometimes if you done eat enough protein you won't lose. My doc said 60g of protein a day. That's me eating every 2 hrs 4oz at a time so like from 7am-7pm but 30lbs is great keep up with what your doing. I also am at a standstill but I keep pushing through it because the rewards will be worth it in the end! Good Luck how it helps
  15. I work for an obgyn. There are to types of iud. One has hormones and stays in for 5 years and the other is hormone free. It actually has copper on it and that stays in for 10 years. Once the iud is in place and you've had it checked a week or 2 after insertion you should check the strings once a week. We tell all our patients that you have to feel comfortable touching yourself. The strings kind of like fishing line soften over time and curl around the cervix. If you check them once a week as before you shower there shouldn't be a problem. The odds are 1 out of a 1000 will have a problem. All the docs I work for love them. I hope that helps.
