My Doctor & Nutritionist's guidelines.....

Ok, so I just copied the nutritional guidelines that were given to me before i had my surgery 3 years ago. Please do not take this as the "gospel". This is only what my doctor and Nutritionist gave me. I have had a few people ask, so i'm posting.

There is some pretty good advice.
