    You are doing great! I finally feel like this just may work for me. There are times I feel I am eating too much, less then what I use too. I just expected pain of some sort if I ate too much. I am sticking to a low at fat free eating plan. Much easier done then I thought. My first goal is to go below 200! Getting there....
