Are these feelings normal?

Hi all, i am only three days post op and not feeling great. I actually felt better on days 1 and 2. Anyway, you know the pain you get when you swallow something that doesnt go down an it hurts, thats the feeling i have right in the middle of my chest. Also i can't take a deep breath, that hurts too. I hope its normal, but i thought it was strange that i felt better yesterday than i do today. I havent needed any pain pills.

yep it is normal u are swollen inside so this is the cause you will feel this often in your journey we call it being stuck...sip your water use a heating pad I also took tums and a stool softener to get things moving.. this is so worth it call your doctor just to be safe.

I think days 3 and 4 were the worst for me! I started questioning a lot at that point but I promise you will get through this and you will feel better!! It's a little pain for a lot of joy at the end!! You can do it!!

Yes, totally normal. Sip slowly & walk around a lot. Walking was hard but it passed that pain, it's usually gas. Good luck & congrats on your band!

Normal, in a few days you will feel much better. ;) Congratulations!
