Nervous rant

I am going nuts right now. I'm all ready for surgery on Thursday and now a snowpocalypse is looming for the 18 hrs before and after. After a winter with minimal snow apparently it's all gonna dump on my town just in time to interfere with getting to and from the hospital. I've already called to make sure it wouldn't cost extra to postpone but it will be a nightmare to carve alternate recovery time from my work schedule. I'm just filled with impotent rage right now it's as if the universe is saying "I don't care how ready you are I am still fully prepared to stop you from moving forward"

I know it's silly and I need to just roll with whatever happens but I needed to vent.

The good news is I just got called and my Surgery has been rescheduled to the 28th. Hopefully 2 days off my pre-op diet out of 21 won't have done too much damage.

That is good news! Btw, did you get snowfall you expected?

Over a foot accumulation with 3 ft drifts on our road. They didn't clear our road until early this morning.
