Valentine band! My gift to self!!'

Wow is all I can say! I don't feel too bad! Doing better everyday and still on clear liquids and shakes! I know I am not getting enough but I just don't want more? My mind is super hungry for real food!!! All the commercials make me hungry! I want this and want to do what is needed to get this weight OFF!!!

Hang in there. I was banded just a several weeks before you. The first week or two is hard but stick to the plan just like what Chez said and it will get better.

I got mine done on Valentines Day too! I haven't been hungry at all or been drinking much at all. Today was the first day I felt a little hungry and had half a cup (if that) of broth. I'm looking forward to being able to eat normal foods again too tho lol
