laxative

It is becoming my best friend. Lately I can not go to the bathroom! I don't want to be dependent on these so I try for 2 days but I have a very hard time eating fruits due to the band, not because I don't love them.

starting weight 287.6 current weight 234.8

  • Try adding some fiber to your diet. My dietitian recommends adding ground flax seed to my protein shakes. It works and the shake keeps me full for longer too.

I had this problem and after talking to the nurse, I have increased my water which has helped alot. She also said that when we are losing weight we aren't going to "poo" as much as before..so don't be alarmed if you aren't going but maybe once or twice a week. Have you increased your water?? Just a thought.

Agree with more water that is why I love miralax, thats exactly what it does draw's water into your intestines making it easier to go.

Miralax is very gentle and safe and non habit forming.
