You can try a heating pad as well.

Walk, walk, walk!! I would get under my electric blanket turned up higher too. It seemed the warmer I got the less gas pain I had.

Im dealing with that myself, but walking and my heating pads has helped a whole lot.

Yeah ive been walking around and using a heating pad. My gas pains are in my chest but I know most people said it was in their shoulders

When I did have the gas pains, mine were in my chest and would move up through my color bone. Hope you are feeling better.

Hot water bottle on the back of my shoulder eased the pain. Sipping water seemed to move the gas a little
