Biotin

I'm almost 3 weeks post op. and I'm wondering. How you all are getting your biotin in. I'm scared to try swallowing a pill!

    Biotin comes in very small pills. They shouldnt be a problem to swallow.

    Well you dont want to over do it with the biotin because you need other b vitamins, zinc, and niacin for hair loss.
