I'm having a hard time getting in enough water and fluids. Any tips? I was banded Jan 4th.

  • I agree with Dee as I have the same problem as you and I had actually posted the same question some time ago on here . Keep that water bottle with you at all times and keep on sipping, and flavor it.

keep it next to you at all times and just keep sipping. If it's a matter of it being boring, add some lemon or lime, cucumber, strawberry. Even a splash of crysal light to add some flavor. hope that helps.

One suggestion that I thought was really good, that I still have not tried, but this post reminded me of it, is to time yourself like make a goal of so many ounces in so much time and you can get it in.

Thanks! I need to flavor my water... I have never been a fan of water. : )

I totally agree with CG, actually I went looking for the peach ice tea after I saw her mention it in another post, and it is really good, my favorite right now :) I really love cherry limeade too but I look like a 3 year old if I drink it :) (bright red color)
