Why..........

Are all my clothes suddenly too tight when according to my scales I haven't gained any weight.

Has there been some kind of seismic shift?

Has all my muscle ( that I didn't have) turned into fat?

Have my skinny legs suddenly become skinnier so that my waist could expand?

Maybe the scales are storing it up and are going to show a big jump next week.

All I know is that it doesn't really make any sense!

I think the retaining Water may be the key.... Maybe up your water for a few days and see what happens

It's hot here my clothes dry on the line.

I don't think I'm retaining Water.

I definitely think I have gained but it's just not showing on the scale.

You know how when you are doing everything right and the scale doesn't move , how often has someone told you to measure yourself because you are probably losing inches? Well I have the opposite, I'm gaining inches!
