  • Well you have to change that attitude and really want it. You can't get there if you dont want it. Chin up and get back on the wagon.

Don't worry about why you need to just do it. Go exercise anyway and start to journal to see what works or not. Change up you food choices and that may help. Experiment with new recipes

I dont know how many pounds 16.5 stone is, but im guessing alot. Lol i was also banded a year and a half ago. I have lost 95 lbs. I walk everyday for 40 mins and also lift light weights. My weight loss has slowed down considerably, which is frustrating, but the scale is still moving in the right direction. You need to get up and move around. Take a walk, or even jog around your house. It will jumpstart your attitude as well as your heart :)

Hey Shaunt,

Maybe after you talk to your doctor and take care of the problems you are having it will help motivate you. Please take care and know we are here for you.

Want power is key! You really have to want it to make it happen!
