10 days post op

IM down 22 lbs but surgical strips haven't come off. Think it's ok to help them? Is it normal for it to get sore when working all say? I went back after 2 days also had hernia surgery. Just about 130 everyday it gets difficult to work. I have to keep moving around..hard when u have a desk job.

Of course the only one that has fallen is the biggest and at my waist line lol. Freaks me out. Anyone else have issues with wearing a bra early on?

If you had your incisions glued I would maybe only take an end one off to see if its together. Other then that I would just let them fall off by themselves because pulling them can rip your incision open.

Let it come off during showers i still got pieces left ima let the bathing take care of that
