    Wow! That's impressive! Any secrets you'd care to share. I was banded 12/21. I am down 15 lbs since 12/14.

    It takes the brain a long time to catch up. Memory is tough to overcome. It helps me to realize the difference sizes I am now wearing. 80 pounds is amazing!
