    Surgery went well and was out the same day. I have been sore every sence the surgery but that is cool with me. I was at 335lbs going into the surgery and today i'm 330lbs not sure if that is water wait or not. I will keep ya'll up dated with my progess. Oh where can i find good recipies

    for the lapband.
