LOL. I haven't been banded yet either, I'm two months into my superviized diet. I also find myself addicted to reading posts

Hope you have a great Christmas as well!

I came here over 2 years ago looking for answers, successes, failures....basically like minded people and got hooked... Now it's time to give back because if a fat girl with no regard for nutrition, exercise, health or overal concern about the reprercussions of any of the above can lose weight... Anyone...and I mean anyone can do this as long as they learn to become one with their band.

I was given advice in my behavioral change support group to check out this site. I must say, I was apprehensive @ first as I have been on other forum/chat sites where there is a lot of cattiness and bad attitudes. This site is awesome and everyone is so supportive. It has really helped me through this first few days post op.

its a great group and i have been blessed to make some great friends.

i read the successful posts daily..gives me belief that i am not alone in this journey

None of us are alone anymore. We have tons of friends who understand without being told what it is we are going through. Welcome, I am glad you joined us!
