Is this okay?

I am 12 days after surgery and today at work I stood up too fast and had this burning pain in my stomach area (in the skin). Has this ever happen to anybody else?

It is probably nothing. You are still healing, I remember having weird twinges during the healing. If it continues you might give your doctor a call, just to be sure.

Good luck and congrats on your new journey!

Sounds like you just jostled some stitches... should be fine!
