    I was having the same problem not getting in my protein. I was told to take these protein shots. You can get them at GNC or another store like that. It is only 3 oz and has 40 grams of protein.

    I am 12 days after surgery and today at work I stood up too fast and had this burning pain in my stomach area (in the skin). Has this ever happen to anybody else?
