Liquid pain meds!

I've had a horrible headache since about noon yesterday. When people refer to liquid pain meds. . .are they talking about children's tylenol? I can't seen to find anything other than that.

    Don't know if you have CVS pharmacies there but they have a liquid adult Tylenol. That's what I take.
