Hands down....the pre-op diet was harder!!

pre op was a breeze for me. 3 days of clears....the post op was 3 more days of clears. the 4 days of protien shakes. id love to eat something crunchy right now!!

I got it on the paent plan they are offering and it comes with extras and a recipe book! Did you watch the video on their website?

I was on Optifast for 2weeks pre op and it was much harder than the liquids post op.
