Mad :{

I made an appointment to get a fill, they called me and told me that my insurance does not cover if it's not the sergeant that does the fill. Well I had to make another appointment, then the day of my appointment they call me and say they that the doctor had an emergency. Finally today 3 weeks later I go to my appointment. Well the doctor was not there, they told me that I didn't have an appointment! I didn't know what to do or say, I was so mad. I even feel like giving up. Also I had a bad day at work. I started looking for another dr, but they are far away.

Your insurance should pay if its anyone in the surgeon's office. Have them bill under his name. I have had to use his assistant or doc assistant before
