I don't think a diet of just animal protein is really good for you. You miss out on too many essential vitamins and minerals.

Dietician says I'm allowed to have diet drinks like coke zero while the doctor says it's not ok. Dietician says eat a balanced meal of veggie and meat. Doctor says just eat meat (animal protein)
So from what I see
The Dietician I go to specializes in lap band dieting. This doctor bases he's method on what the patients have had success with over the years. So high Protein low carbs is his method.
Who should I listen to? I'm confused.
