Yes! I have the hardest time in the AM. I only eat oatmeal or a protein shake for breakfast. Everything else makes me really uncomfortable.

I know I am tighter in the morning! I don't normally eat breakfast but have a drink!

How long after waking up? I wait until 9 to eat yogurt, even though I'm up at 6:30.

Yep....eggs do it for me almost every time

I also had a problem with eggs, I can now eat a little but I am very carful to take small bites and chew chew chew. :)

Yh I get horribly stuck in mornings!!!! I stopped eating breakfast! Just have a protein shake in the morning! Have to wait a few hours until I could eat!:(
