Excess Skin

So I'm interested about excess skin with the younger banders. I know people lose elasticity in skin over the years. We are young and (fingers crossed) maybe excess skin won't be so bad. Any input, any personal stories? I know everyone is different and such, just curious.

Well congrats to those who don't have excess skin, cause I do especially my tummy, sometimes it really bothers me but I am definitely getting a tummy tuck this winter.....

It all depends on where you carried all your weight. If you were all belly, you will defiantly have a skirt of skin hanging. I knew a girl in who was very wide, carried all her weight in her upper body, and is just drowning in extra skin. I'm 24, and down almost 95 lbs and no noticeable extra skin even though I lost 5 pant size/3 top sizes. I'm built solid weight distributes pretty even

Does anyone know what the sauna does for the excess skin? Like how long you have to use it and how many minutes? Any experience with this making a difference?

Lost 125 lbs in a little under a year. Skin is horrendous(to me) around stomach bottom. Arms and legs are seeming to look more and more normal everyday.

Well I'm in my 30's (I know this post is in the 20's section) and my excess skin isn't too bad. I think I could be a candidate for a tummy tuck, but I want to maintain my weight for a while before thinking about that. Stomach isn't really too bad, but more something I'd do as a gift for myself. Overall the skin issue is ok, and I'm definitely in the gym toning as much as I can.
