Bands And Ice Coffee!!!

I was a big ice coffee drinker before my band. I have been coffee free for almost 4weeks now but wanted one real bad yesterday but fought the urge!! How do I change my ice coffee to a healthier one for me so I can join my girlfriends on a Sunday at Starbucks.

Have it made with low fat milk and decaf, otherwise if its only once in a while enjoy it how you like it and count it into your daily allowance.

I agree.... they can be loaded with calories but have it low fat or have a small one but don't make it a habit, and include it in your daily calories.

Could be a slippery slope???

I make my own...I brew the coffee, use skim milk and Splenda...barely any calories

I make my own too...otherwise...do a small, lowfat etc and enjoy your time with your friends. Sip to make it last and log it with your calories. You will be fine. Moderation is the key :)
