Wow, that stinks then as it seems like you are doing what you should be. Good luck and definitely try to switch up your routine and see if that helps get things going again.

A lot of the people on here talk about Carb Cycling... Maybe someone can chime in with further detail and help out!

Ok thank u

Well, the easiest place to start is by asking,,,

-How many calories a day are you eating?

-Are you sticking to a cup of food or less per meal?

-Are you exercising at all?

Per my doctor, I need to take in no more than 1200 calories per day, eat 60+ grams of Protein per day, drink liquids (8-10 glasses), no more than 1 cup of food per meal and exercise (as able). Are you tracking your food or exercise? It will help a lot if you are not as sometimes we don't realize we are taking in through food or liquids way more calories than we think.

Good luck to you and keep the faith and determination.

Yes I am reviewing my calories i use the fitness pal, work out 3 times a week and my dr tells me i am suppose to intake 1000 calories per day and 40-60 grams of protein a day. Now i still do not feel the restricton yet so I hope my second fill will help and i do only stick to the 1 cup food serving. I may need to change my workout

Maybe if you up your protein to about 90 grams that might help. I think your getting too little protein in at this point.
