Lap Band At 20 Days

I Have not lost any weight in 6 days. I am following my dr orders and have increased excercise. Any sugguestions nothing in my band yet. First fill 12/11/12. I have lost 26 lbs pre and post total

Did you take your measurements when you started? I havent lost any weight for a while but I have definitely lost inches. As long as the inches are coming off, I am not concerned about the weight.

Even in diets weight loss stalls. You just have to keep keeping on.

Honestly? It's only been 6 days, don't sweat it. It can be super frustrating when you're used to seeing the scale go down every day, then it stops. And you're working really hard....and the scale isn't repsonding.

This is really hard, but just wait it out. If you're doing everything right, your body will catch up. This coming from a girl who weighs herself every day, and has been on a plateau for over 2 months. I get the frustration and concern part.

I agree with Jen, 6 days is no time at all. Plateaus happen. I know it's frustrating but as long as you're doing what you're supposed to do, it will pass.
