Not Losing

Since I started mushies I haven't lost any more weight! This week I'm on regular foods and I'm kind of concerned that I'm not losing. I've been working out at the gym and I'm so close to being back in the 200's I'm 302.2 started pre op diet at 323. I'm just so anxious to hit my first big goal any suggestions on how to get the scale back moving?

Whats a typical day of mushies for you? What kind of foods are you eating and what are the portions like?

Mine seemed to slow down for a few days, but my dr said it's normal and our bodies are healing.

I am down another pound today, after some crazy fluctuations these last few days. Tomorrow i will be 2 weeks post op and my dr is thrilled with my progress. 31.2 since i started my preop liquid diet!

My doctor said 3 oz mushie protein. Also you should choose low fat/ cal/ carb choices.

The first 4-6 weeks after surgery are for healing, not losing. Be patient with yourself and give your body time to heal. It's been through a lot and it's a big adjustment as you gradually get back onto real food.
