Pillows pillows pillows...prop urself up

I layed on my side with a pillow on my belly. Hope that helps or try on your back. I also have read that people sleep on the couch.

Get a body pillow put between your legs while on you side push the body pillow slightly under your tummy.

I'm 7 days post op and still spending most nights in the recliner.

I slept on my side the first night, put a pillow under my side.

For some, it does take awhile to sleep correctly without any port discomfort. Your body is tender for a few days and is recovering slowly. Mine was about 7 days long before i could sleep on my right side (port is on my right side if I'm looking down to my belly button). It was very tender.

Best wishes and Keeep the Faith.
