I would add Fiber to my Water or other beverage... I used it 2x per day during the liquid stage. Worked like a charm,

Ps its odorless and tasteless

I added powder laxative to my yogurt during the first week. I also found the pill form that is the tiniest pill I ever saw, no problems swallowing.

Colace stool softner every morning until you go. Give it some time, most of us didn't have our first bowel movement until a week or so. Mine was on the 9th day and I wanted to rip my head off, LOL.

Since you are just out becareful with fiberous drinks, like metamucil early on. You can add the powder to your daily routine later on. However, right now you are probably feeling bloated as it is and the fiber will make you feel even more bloated. I drink metamucil every day now and it does help, and besides it does have extra benefits taking it. If you do't have a bloated feeling and feel comfortable taking the metamucil, than go right on ahead!

Good luck, ....

What about some prune juice I alway drinck alittle when I get costipated it works well.
