Luckily I haven't lost any hair that I've noticed but I go to the salon this Friday and I'm gona ask my stylist if she notices if it seems thinner. I did have a probelm with brittle dry hair and had to order a product for that. I am the world's worst about taking my vitamins and biotin which is for hair and nails, take that. Any multi vitamin will do, mine are gummy fruit flavor but there are ones out there specifically for bariatric patients, just google them. But biotin is for your hair. I'm down 45 lbs since June. Not quite as good as you! :( but I will get there. Also make sure you are getting your protein in daily. Good luck.

Biotin worked like magic for someone in my support group.Took about 1 month tofor her golden locks to go back to normal.

yes hairdresser said Biotin.. helped alot -also cut my hair short as it's curly n tangles easily with brush,,, and pulls out with combing

i had surgery in june and around end of month 2 to about 4... i noticed more and more hair in the tub around the drain..i just passed month 5 and its def let up...i take my vitamins and i eat alot of protein. i think that has helped me... (my surgeon doesnt hold alot of credit in the biotin supplements) but if it works for you, that is what matters.

I'm three years out almost and still lose hair. I take biotin and it has helped some but not much. I think it all depends and trust me my hair is already thin lol so it makes me sad to see how much I really lose.
